1. Is it possible for me to download my material as files to my desktop?

Mydubsat has the ability to download material in a wide range of file formats.
These files can be downloaded via email or direct to your desktop.
Mpeg 1 (MPG), Windows Media (WMV) or Quicktime (MOV) are available formats to download free of charge.
Additional files formats will incur a service fee. Please contact our client services for cost enquiries on 1300 366 156.

 

2. Do you have after hours & weekend support?

We are here to assist our clients 7 days a week.

Dubsat is open from 9:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday
We provide an on call facility on weekends, at an additional fee.

 

3. What is FTP?

FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. This is a tape-less method of delivering your material to us.
Choose the convenience of uploading your material as MPEG2 files to our FTP site straight from your desktop.
Dubsat also accept MPEG, MPEG2 & H264 files. Please contact our client services for a technical guidelines document for FTP.
