

1. What does it cost to download my material as files to my desktop?
The mydubsat features available to our clients is a complimentary service. Once you have delivered your material via dubsat, you can repurpose your ads to suit your needs, with no hidden costs. Choose a file format and download to your desktop, playout on your screen, email your ads to stakeholders.
2. What does it cost to store my material in the dubsat Vault?
This is a complimentary service to our dubsat clients. Once you have delivered your material via dubsat it is stored as a file in our dubsat Vault at no cost to you.
We have teamed up with Post Production Houses across Australia and New Zealand who choose to offer and use our products and services as part of their complete package to their client. You may choose to deliver your material via dubsat through one of these dubsat Service Providers. To find your nearest service provider click here.
4. Do you have after hours and weekend support?
We are here to assist our clients 7 days a week.
dubsat is open from 8.00am to 10.00pm Monday to Friday. We provide an on call facility on weekends.
FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. This is a tape-less method of delivering your material to us. Choose the convenience of uploading your material as MPEG2 files to our FTP site straight from your desktop.
6. How can I upload my material to your FTP site?
To set up an FTP account with dubsat, to upload your material, please email bookings@dubsat.com.au and one of our Client Services personnel will organise this for you.
7. I have tried to log on to mydubsat but nothing is coming up?
mydubsat requires Flash 8 or higher to be viewed. This can be installed for free via the internet.
